CNC Carbon Fibre composites, Aluminium and 3D Printed plastics. Rapid prototyping is a critical component for us to deliver bespoke solutions for our clients.
3D Modelling
3D Cad Modelling allows us to design the vast majority of our aerial fleet in house. Rapid prototyping new components within minutes, not months. Allowing us to innovate and design faster than ever.
3D Printing
3D FDM Printing for rapid prototyping, and applications that require less structural support. Ranging from flexible filaments and PLA/PLA+/PETG/Nylon/CF.
CNC Machining
High precision Carbon Fibre and Aluminium parts designed for strength and rigidity to reduce frame resonance whilst remaining lightweight and durable.
